We are extremely proud of Summer who has fitted perfectly into our company ethos and embraced our core values. Summer started with us in 2022 however it feels like she has always been part of the team, she has implemented new ideas and processes, she is extremely innovative with her activities to motivate and inspire each learner as well as using her initiative and helping her peers over and above.
