Becky Miesner

Leaving school at 16 , Becky studied make up in an academy until she was 17.

Once completed Becky searched for jobs but was unsuccessful, her mum was quite firm with her and told her to not come one day until she found a job. ( this was a bad cop day from her mum, she is very supportive of Becky). Becky travelled up and down the train line walking into salons until she found a placement, which she did and she started an apprenticeship in a salon to complete her level 2 beauty. However unfortunately, Becky did not have such a good experience in this salon as an apprentice (we find happens quite often).

Through fate Becky walked into our Brentwood salon one day for a walk in appointment for her nails to be done, whilst chatting through her appointment which then turned into a job interview!.

She was explaining her situation with why she left her job and we offered her a trade test that evening, 2 weeks later she started her career of over 11 years to date with Debut at the age of 19.

Becky’s commitment and dedication from the start lead her to become a managing partner of Debut in 2012, of course we have had our ups and downs with the business but it has grown from strength to strength, the relationship and trust is what makes a good partnership and business work, the hard work and dedication from Becky towards the business has made the salons where they are today.

The belief from management is that if the staff are happy then clients are happy. Becky has a huge clientele and specialises in SPMU, she is now training students within the academy to give the learners the first hand knowledge on how to succed in the ever growing and changing beauty industry we work in
