Jodie Harris

Jodie has been working as a nail technician for over 20 years.  Jodie started her journey working full time in various salons, when she had the required confidence, knowledge and experience Jodie opened her own business offering nail treatments from her home salon.  Jodie loves keeping up to date with all the current trends and new designs so she is always expanding her knowledge by participating in new courses.

Jodie had two career goals she always wanted to achieve within in nail industry; firstly to work on a cruise ship, and secondly to become a nail teacher.

After working and studying hard Jodie has successfully achieved both these goals.  Jodie worked  for Steiner- Royal Caribbean ships which gave her so much experience and expertise.  Jodie then completed her Level 3 Assessing Vocational Achievement as well as her Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training at Debut Training Academy as well as having peer mentoring and CPD training.

Since completing her teaching qualifications Jodie has been teaching Level 3 Nail Technologies for Debut Training Academy as well as working on her business from home.

“I love socialising and dancing the night away, especially if there is a pole available, haha did I really say that!  I am a very lucky mum of 2 beautiful girls, who keep me on my toes “mum’s taxi” is the word, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.  In my spare time I love to binge watch a good series.  I love exercising and running, one of my bucket list goals is to run a marathon”.
