Kailea Walsh

Kailea started her beauty career when she left school at the age of 16, she attended college and completed her level 2 and 3 beauty therapy whilst working in a salon part time.

Kailea went on to work for the sanctuary spa in london then to the world iconic store of Harrods before finishing her career in london at selfridges working for decleor as a skin care therapist.

After taking some time out to raise 2 Children she wanted to get her career back on track this is when she enrolled with us at Debut, she competed her Certifcate in education and training as well as her Assessors award.

Working at Debut gave Kailea the knowledge and passion to teach and she believes it also gave her the self- confidence to get back to work.

Kailea worked hard within this time with us at Debut completing many hours of work experience, shadowing Charlotte Hughes and other tutors. We saw so much dedication and potential in Kailea whilst she was completing her work experience that we offered her a tutoring position. Kailea has since gone from strength to strength is a real asset to the team she achieves great success rates within her classes and has recently completed her IQA qualification.

She loves to help learners create their own career paths and make their own dreams come true.

Kailea has so much potential and is growing fast within the academy. She has seen the academy grow in that last few years and her support in her role has helped this growth.
