7th April is World Health Day! This year is the World Health Organisation’s 75th Anniversary!

We have some tips for you to stay healthy or maybe start living a healthier lifestyle:

  1. Eat Healthy – this means making sure you eat fruit, vegetables, low fat dairy, beans, nuts, seafood and whole grans and try to stay away from processed foods.
  2. Drink Plenty of Water – make water your favourite drink and reach for this when you are thirsty.
  3. Exercise Regularly – 30 minutes daily will increase your energy, improve your mood and help you to sleep better.
