Demi Webb

Demi’s journey in the beauty industry began with spray tanning in 2017, where she successfully developed a mobile and home beauty business. Following this initial venture, she enrolled at Debut Wickford in the same year, completing Level 2 beauty and Level 3 massage qualifications.

Subsequently, Demi established her own home-based business, specialising in advanced facial treatments such as Dermaplaning, Microneedling, and Skin Peels. She has also pursued numerous additional courses, gaining experience in a wide range of treatments including Indian head massage, hot stone massage, advanced facials, hydro facial, and botox procedures.

During the lockdown period, Demi remained committed to her professional development, achieving her Level 3 certificate in assessing vocational achievement and Level 4 certificate in education and training. In 2021, she expanded her scope by offering training courses, initially focusing on smaller classes tailored to her specialised areas. Seeking further growth, Demi transitioned into teaching larger courses and NVQs.

Before joining Debut, Demi accumulated valuable experience at Essex Beauty Schools, where she taught and assessed NVQ courses.

Demi’s professional journey began in customer service at Victoria’s Secret, an experience she cherished and which contributed significantly to honing her customer service skills. Outside of work, Demi is a devoted mother to her two daughters, who keep her fully engaged with a variety of after-school activities such as ballet, tap, and musical theatre.
