Frankie Hales

Frankie left school at 16, she was undecided on her career path, but her passion for beauty and learning, led her to start an apprenticeship in beauty at Debut Training Academy, which was the perfect choice for her. Whilst learning level 3 beauty Frankie is practicing treatments, assisting in trade testing for talent matching and supporting end EPA’s, Frankie also invigilates certain exam sessions.  Frankie is taking a holistic approach to the beauty and education industry while gaining experience and learning from some of the best in industry. Frankie is excited to see where her chosen career path takes her.

Frankie’s ultimate goal is to become a teacher in aesthetics practice and provide advanced facial treatments, you will find her studying theory and watching the advanced practitioners as they work.

“Outside of work I’m the social butterfly of my group, I love to socialise with friends and known as a restaurant and food critic!  I love to shop or binge watch Netflix series over and over.”
