We were extremely excited to have our first face-to-face employer networking event since Covid, this week! We had a great location at The Holiday Inn in Basildon.
We covered some interesting topics as well as sharing good practices in the industry with various employers! We discussed our brand new exciting processes to improve and motivate behaviours and skills in our apprentices at work, while raising standards across the board in skills, knowledge, development and support. These included our Train the Trainer, Steps to Excellence, Gold Employer, Leadership Styles, Employee Incentives and Tiers, Apprentice Scope Plan!
Our face-to-face networking events are scheduled for 4 times a year, whilst our employer voice is held monthly where we listen to your needs and wants and implement your ideas, working in collaboration to train and progress our next generation of industry specialists.
