Course content

During this course, you will learn a safe and effective pregnancy massage routine and gain an understanding of how pregnancy affects the mother’s physically, mentally and emotionally. This will allow you to work confidently when massaging pregnant women and offers a perfect opportunity to increase your client base without the need for expensive equipment.

In addition, you will learn about common ailments associated with pregnancy like morning sickness and nausea, leg cramping, lower back pain, oedema
of the feet, ankles and lower legs and breathing problems.

You will be required to have a model to work on for the afternoon session, 1.15 to around 4ish.
