Bobbie Hales

Bobbie joined the company as our Data Analyst, after finishing sixth form 2 years ago.

Although Bobbie has been brought up with Debut as part of her life, she has in the last 2 years learnt an incredible amount about the business. As the managing director’s daughter, Bobbie often draws the short straw of being involved in many jobs and wears a variety of hats within the business.

Bobbie specialises in collecting and analysing important data required for auditing purposes, as well as working alongside the managers to assist them in their performance. Bobbie is qualified in SPMU, she has a loyal client base which she has built up during the weekends and is an associate of Becky Miesner within the Debut Salons.

Bobbie is currently completing her level 2 beauty qualification, this will ensure she understands all aspects of beauty and how training is to be delivered. Bobbie is also completing an AAT accounts qualification. She often says who ever said being the bosses daughter would be easy… as you can see Bobbie works extremely hard, always striving to learn more and available to help everyone. She is an amazing asset to the Debut team.
