Bobbie Hales

Bobbie joined our company as a Data Analyst in 2019, bringing with her a deep connection to Debut, having grown up around the business. Over the past five years, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of our operations. As the managing director’s daughter, Bobbie often takes on a variety of roles, skillfully balancing multiple responsibilities within the company.

In her role as Data Analyst, Bobbie excels at collecting and analysing crucial data for auditing purposes. She collaborates closely with managers, providing insights and support to help enhance their performance. Additionally, Bobbie leads our functional skills programs, building strong relationships with learners and delivering impressive results, as reflected in our latest Ofsted inspection report.

Bobbie also serves as the Centre Manager for our Stanford-le-Hope branch, where she oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with educational standards, and fosters a supportive learning environment. Her dedication to the role is evident in the smooth running of the center and the satisfaction of both staff and learners.

Currently, Bobbie is pursuing her sixth qualification with us—a Level 5 Teaching and Management certification. Despite the common misconception that being the boss’s daughter would make things easier, Bobbie proves otherwise. She consistently works hard, is always eager to learn, and is readily available to support everyone. Bobbie is a remarkable asset to the Debut team, and we are fortunate to have her.
